Piña Colada Topping

 
 
 

Ingredients

1 can (8 oz/227 g) unsweetened crushed pineapple, undrained
1 large ripe banana, peeled and chopped (about 1/2 cup/125 mL)
1/8 tsp/0.6 mL Rum Extract
1/8 tsp/0.6 mL Coconut Extract
2 tbsp/30 mL toasted shredded coconut
 

Cooking Directions

Combine pineapple, banana and extracts in small bowl. Refrigerate until ready to use. Spoon over frozen yogurt and sprinkle with coconut.Makes 1 cup/250 mL (4 servings).
